Day 1. Entry Beijing
Be met by private vehicle
and English speaking tour guide from airport. Be transferred to hotel. Remainder
of the day is at leisure.
Day
2. Beijing
Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Foot Massage
Be
picked up from hotel at 08:30 am and transferred to Tiananmen Square -the biggest
downtown Square of the world. Walk around on Tiananmen Square. Then we will enter
the Forbidden City from the north end of Tiananmen Square. Forbidden City also
called Palace Museum and is located at the center of Beijing. It was the imperial
palace during the Ming and Qing dynasties. Rectangular in shape, Forbidden City
is the world's largest palace complex. Take sightseeing in Forbidden City along
the central axis for 1.5 to 2 hours. After lunch in local restaurant, visit Temple
of Heaven. Built in 1420, Temple of Heaven is situated south of Beijing city.
Have a sightseeing for 1 hour. Proceed to enjoy Chinese foot massage to have a
leisure time.
Have dinner in local restaurant. Be transferred back to your hotel
after the whole day tour.

3. Beijing
Badaling Great Wall, Ming Tombs
Be
picked up from hotel at 08:30 am.
Drive one and half hours to the famous
Badaling Great Wall. Badaling is the most famous section of Great Wall, well maintained.
It is easy to walk along this section of defensive project of ancient China. Take
sightseeing on Great Wall Badaling section for 1.5 to 2 hours. Cable car is optional
to get the top to have a bird view.
Drive 30 minutes to local restaurant
with SICHUAN flavor to have Chinese lunch.
Drive 20 minutes to Ming
Tombs to visit Changling, the largest one. Located 60 Kilometers north of Beijing,
Ming Tombs consist of mausoleums of 13 Ming emperors. Changling is the most famous
one. Construction of the Changling was started in 1409 and completed in 1427.
Visit the tomb for one hour.
Be transferred back to your hotel after the whole day tour.

Day
4. Beijing
Beijing Hutong,
Lama Temple, Summer Palace, Roast Duck, Beijing Opera
Be
picked up from hotel at 08:30 am and transferred to Beijing Hutong -ancient city
alley in Beijing. Many of them were built during the Yuan (1206-1341), Ming (1368-1628)
and Qing (1644-1908) dynasties surrounding the Forbidden City.
Take rickshaw
to visit the ancient Hutong including Drum tower, Local family, Shicha Lake and
Bar Street.
Then we will visit Lama Temple for one hour. Lama Temple is a
renowned temple of the Yellow Hat Sect of Lamaism and the only downtown Buddhism
temple in Beijing. It is a former imperial palace in Qing dynasty.
After lunch
in local restaurant, visit Summer Palace. - 20 kilometers northwest of downtown
Beijing. Summer Palace is the largest imperial garden of Ming and Qing dynasty.
The whole Summer Palace covers an area of over 290 hectares including more than
3,000 buildings, such as halls, pavilions, towers, etc. Take sightseeing in this
attraction for about one hour.
Taste Beijing Roast Duck for Dinner. Beijing
Roast Duck is delicious food in Beijing. Eating Peking duck is seen to be one
of the two things you are absolutely supposed to do while in Beijing.
After
dinner, we will enjoy Beijing Opera in theatre. Beijing Opera is deemed the national
opera of China. The accompanying music, singing and costumes are full of Chinese
cultural facts. It presents an encyclopedia of Chinese culture as well as unfolding
stories, beautiful paintings, exquisite costumes and graceful gestures.
Be
transferred back to your hotel after the whole day tour.

Day
5. Beijing - Lhasa
See Panda, Departurefor Lhasa
Be picked up from hotel at 08:30
am. Visit Beijing Zoo to see Great Wall Panda.
Be transferred to airport
to meet the flight to Lhasa.
Be met by tour guide and private vehicle in
airport. Visit the Nietang Buddha on the way from airport to your hotel. Check
in Hotel. Remainder of the days is at leisure.

Day 6. Lhasa
Be
picked up from your hotel at 09:00 am.
Visit the Potala Palace. Originally
built in the seventh century, Potala Palace is landmark of Lhasa. It is famous
for its grand buildings, complicated constructions, devotional atmosphere and
splendid artworks.
Then we will visit the Sera Monastery - one of the three
largest monasteries of Gelugpa. Completed in 1419, the collection of murals is
maintained in perfect, original condition.
Move on to visit the Norbulingka
Park. Built in the 1740s, Norbulingka Park was Dalai Lama's summer palace.
Visit a Tibetan family to get some information of Tibetan's life and local custom.
Be transferred back to your hotel. Dinner is served at hotel.

Day 7. Lhasa
Be
picked up from your hotel at 09:00 am.
Visit the Drepung Monastery - known
as the most important monastery of Gelugpa in Tibetan Buddhism. Established in
1416, Drepung Monastery houses many cultural relics, which make it more superb.
Then we will visit the Jokhang Temple -the holiest site in Tibet and is the ultimate
pilgrimage destination for Tibetan Buddhists.
Move on to visit the thriving
bazaar of the Barkhor Street - Tibetan culture, economy, religion and arts assemble
and a place to which a visit must be paid.
Visit the Tibetan Traditional Hospital
and the local Carpet Factory before be transferred back to your hotel after the
tour. Dinner is served at hotel.

Day 08:
Exit
Be picked up from your hotel. Visit the Tibet Museum if time permits.
Be transferred to airport to connect flight. (Breakfast)
