D2 Hohhot-Grassland (90KM, about 1.5hours)
Transfer to Xilamuren Grassland, the first grassland tourist attraction opened in Hohhot while Xilamuren means 'yellow water' in Mongolian, after hotel breakfast in the morning, after arrival, watching Mongolian welcome ceremony, tasting finger mutton at lunch , silver bowls and hada for white spirit, and enjoying the Mongolian songs and dancing.
In the afternoon, taking grassland activities: horse-ridding (on one’s own), offering sacrifice to AoBao, visiting herdsman’s family, tasting dairy foods, and watching horse-race and wrestling.
After dinner, taking part in the campfire party, dancing with the Mongolian girls, then sleep on the grassland. (BLD)

D3 Grassland- Hohhot-Departure
Watching sunrise in the early morning, then taking Mongolian breakfast, back to the city, visit Zhaojun Tomb- the mausoleum of Wang Zhaojun, one of the most beautiful girls in the history, Five-pagoda Temple, also known as the "Precious Pagoda of the Buddhist Relics of the Diamond Throne", and Dazhao Monastery, the largest and best-preserved monastery in Hohhot- both Buddhism temples, General government-government office in the history. Then visit Mengliang handcrafts factory, sent to airport after dinner. Finish the itinerary!(BLD)
