Beijing Walking Tour to Grand Theatre, Grand Hall of People and Corner Tower

First visit Grand Theatre. Coverign an area of 11.89 million square meters, National Grand Theatre is located in the city center of Beijing, near Tan'anmen Square and Great Hall of the People. Designed by French architect Paul Andreu, the exterior of the theater is a titanium accented glass dome surrounded by artificial lake, like an egg floating on water.

Then visit Grand Hall of the People. It is the important place for the Party, the State and the mass organizations to hold political activities. Halls of different nations are featured ones.

Then visit a museum exhibiting the development of Chinese coins.

Go to a park which is originally an imperial garden. In the Ming and Qing dynasties,emperors came to the garden to pray to the gods of earth and agriculture. In the park, there is a greenhouse that includes 39 varieties of tulips presented by the Princess of Holland in 1977.

Then visit Corner Tower of Forbidden City.

Back to your hotel after the tour. (Lunch)
