Loquat Hill

Loquat Hill (Pipa Shan Park ) is the highest point rising 208 meters in Chongqing. It has Sichuan's tropical climate because the park has giant palm trees and air plants.

until 1950, Loquat Hillwas a private garden. The Hong Xing Ting Tower was built on the top of the hill and provides an excellent view of the city. The park has a modern zoo that exhibits many animals, including Giant Panda and the rare South China Tiger.
