Lingyanshan
Mountain, located 15 km southwest in Suzhou's Mudu Township, is 1.5km
away from Taihu Lake. Standing 182 meters in height, the mountain
covers an area of 120 hectares. It is famous for its jagged rocks of grotesque
shapes and historical relics dating back to the ancient Wu Kingdom. There
is a temple named Lingyan Temple sitting on the slopes of Lingyanshan
Mountain.
