Suzhou Two Days Tour

Day 1. Arrive in Suzhou
Be picked from train station or from your hotel.
Have a cruise on the Grand Canal. Taking a boat ride on the old Canal can give one a full view of the landscape of a typical river town in southern China including age-old dwelling houses, stone bridges of traditional designs and historical relics.
Then we will visit the Panmen Gate. It is one of the eight ancient gates of Suzhou built by Wu Zixu, the general of Wu State of Warring States Period (403 ~ 222B.C.). Because of its special defense position and usage, it was renamed to "the Water City Gate".
Move on to visit Lingering Garden. Lingering Garden is one of the four most famous gardens in China. The garden was first built in the 21st year of the reign of Wanli (1593) by Xu Taishi as his private residence. Visit The No.1 Silk Factory, where will show how the silk is processed from the silk worm to the final woven cloth. Enjoy the Garden Show in the evening. You can enjoy the traditional Chinese dramas, folk instruments performance and so on in the Garden. Be transferred back to hotel after the tour.

Day 2. Suzhou & Departure
Be picked from your hotel.
Visit the Humble Administrator's Garden, the largest of all classical gardens in Suzhou. The garden is representative of Chinese classical gardens in the Ming Dynasty, which are focused on a central pond with pavilions, terraces, chambers, and towers located nearby.
Have a tour to the Tiger Hill, a small hill with a long history. Here you will find a number of historical sites some of which can be traced back over 2500 years to the founding of Suzhou.
Be transferred to train station for Departure.
