Be
picked up from your hotel in Suzhou. 
Have a cruise on the Grand Canal.
Taking a boat ride on the old Canal can give one a full view of the
landscape of a typical river town in southern China including age-old
dwelling houses, stone bridges of traditional designs and historical
relics.
Then we will visit the Pan Gate. It is one of the eight gates of Suzhou
built by Wu Zixu, the general of Wu State of Warring States Period (403
~ 222B.C.). Because of its special defense position and usage, its was
renamed to "the Water City Gate".
Have a tour to the No.1
Silk Factory. Suzhou is famous for its silk production. The factory
tour will show how the silk is processed from the silk worm to the final
woven cloth.
Then we will take a 30 minutes Rickshaw ride to see the
local people's life.
Be transferred back to your hotel after the tour.
