Courtyard of Family Qu: The courtyard was the residence of Qu Yuanzhen, a wealthy merchant during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Covering an area of more than 30,000 square meters, the courtyard comprises 8 grand yards including 19 small yards, 240 rooms in total. Each yard has its unique style and system. The whole courtyard is magnificent and spectacular. Luxuriant paintings, excellent woodcarvings and stone carvings can be found everywhere.
