5 Days Hangzhou and Huangshan Tour (Private Tour)

Day 1 Arrive in Hangzhou
Meet in Hangzhou Airport (or Railway Station), transfer to hotel.

Day 2 Hangzhou (BL)
Take a boat to cruise the West Lake, a famous fresh water lake located in the historic center of Hangzhou, the capital of Zhejiang province in eastern China, in the morning, and then view the fish at the flower harbor. Proceed to go to Mei Jia Wu village to taste famous Longjing Tea and learn more about Chinese tea culture. After lunch, pay a visit to Lingyin Temple, Temple of Soul’s Retreat which is without doubt a premier showpiece in the West Lake environs and is notable also as one of the ten most famous Buddhist temples of China, continue to visit Feilai Peak which has various caves formed through underground water erosion. After that, walk around Ming and Qing Style Street.

Day 3 Hangzhou-Huangshan City (BL)
Transfer to Huangshan City (3 hours) in the morning, after lunch, visit Ink-stick Workshop, the unique pigment of Chinese traditional painting and calligraphy, to learn how the ink is made, and then tour to Huangshan Museum, where you can explore the traditional Chinese architecture. Proceed to Ancient Street, situated in the center of Tunxi District, the location of Huangshan City Government.


Day 4 Huangshan City-Mt. Huangshan (BL)
After breakfast, you will be driven to Huangshan Mountain (1 hour) a marvelous mountain area, now on the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage List, which has spectacular landscape with its four unique scenes: interesting shaped rocks, waterfalls, unique shaped pine trees growing out of rocks, and its sea of clouds, upon your arrival, take the cable car to the top of the mountain. You will visit Beginning-to-believe Peak, located east of North Sea in Huangshan Mountain at a height of 1,668 meters and noted for generous greenery and its shaped rocks, where you can find many ancient pine trees, followed by a tour to the Brush Pen Peak. After lunch, pay a visit to Xihai Grand Canyon, a newly-developed scenic area just opened to public recently close to the west gate of Huangshan Scenic Area and enjoy the sunset glow at the Cloud-dispelling Pavilion, the best place for admiring the unique rocks of West Sea in Huangshan Mountain, in the evening. Stay overnight at the summit.

Day 5 Mt. Huangshan-Hangzhou (BL)
Try to get up early in the morning to catch the magical sunrise. After breakfast, you will visit Bright Summit, the second highest on the mountain, the best place for watching the sunrise and the clouds sea, and see Flying-over Rock, located to the northwest of Bright Summit in the Baiyun scenic area. After the visit, take a cable car down to the mountain. After lunch, transfer to Hangzhou Hotel (or Hangzhou Airport or Railway Station).
End of tour.

Note: Children taller than 1.1 meter should be charged as full price, children shorter than 1.1 meter should be charged only half of the price.
