Conference and Meeting
The Palace Ballroom can accommodate up to 600-guests. There are also two smaller function rooms with a capacity of 100-persons each. These can also be sub-divided into three smaller rooms. A multiple language translate system, video cassette recorders, TV monitors, cassette tape recorders, PA systems slide and overhead projectors are all available.

Food and Beverage
Guishan Hotel Guilin enjoys great prestige for its numerous Chinese and western restaurants. Four Season Restaurant serves Cantonese and Sichuan Cuisine as well as dim sum. Bamboo Garden Restaurant serves Beijing, Sichuan, Guilin as well as Shanghai Cuisine. To accompany cuisine is the performance of Chinese classical music.
At Cafe de Spring, you can enjoy a variety of western cuisine and drinks while at the pubs, local and imported wines and Spirits are available.
